Meet our latest team member: Andreea Neacsu

Andreea Neacsu focuses on recruiting for logistics, transport and aviation roles in Romania. She joined our team in May 2021, from a career in customer-facing roles where she managed inter-cultural projects, teams and environments.

We asked Andreea about her recruitment approach:

Have you always specialised in recruiting?

This is my first role in recruiting, but I always had roles that involved working with people, roles where I was facing the customers directly, most of them in advertising and the aviation industry.

I am a people person, very patient, easy adaptable and very ambitious. I love interacting with customers using all kinds of communication channels, I am a good listener and it is quite easy for me to understand people’s needs. I am very positive and I can easily motivate both my team colleagues, but also my customers.

I chose to join Redbridge Recruitment for the people that work in this company, for their approach and vision.

Redbridge takes a personal, partnership approach to recruitment. What does that mean to you?

I believe this means that Redbridge is a partner both to the customer but also to the candidates, and tries to build a reliable relationship with both parties. More than that, each customer is unique and we should have a personal approach fitting each situation/request.

What’s the one thing you wished all employers knew?

I think that a happy employee is the best resource a company can have. As an employer, if you make sure that your employees are satisfied, it is almost guaranteed that your business will be a success.

What’s the best piece of recruitment or career advice you’ve ever heard?

“Better safe than sorry” meaning that if you are not sure about something, always ask for more details until everything is clear.
